Terms of Service
Website information and the starting point for a MyBestDeck project conversation.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Website and inquiries
These Terms of Service describe use of the MyBestDeck website and its informational content. MyBestDeck offers deck building, replacement and related project services. Construction work, deposits, payment milestones, warranties and other project obligations must be set out in the separate written agreement for the particular project.
Project information
Provide accurate contact and project information when asking us to discuss work. A website visit, email, telephone conversation or estimate request does not by itself create a construction contract, guarantee availability or confirm an appointment. A project proceeds only after its scope, responsibilities and relevant terms have been agreed.
Estimates and scope
Website descriptions, design illustrations and general planning information are not a binding quote. An estimate depends on the property, condition of existing work, access, materials and the agreed scope. Confirm demolition, disposal, framing, decking, stairs, railing, permits, tax, exclusions and any other important items in the written proposal.
Permits and property conditions
The authority responsible for the property determines applicable approvals and requirements. A postal city name does not always identify that authority. Permit responsibilities, design requirements and any specialist work should be addressed in the project agreement. Photographs cannot establish the condition or safety of hidden framing and connections.
Materials and illustrations
Generated website images show design inspiration and material concepts, not completed MyBestDeck client projects or exact manufacturer samples. Colors and finishes vary by product and viewing conditions. Confirm the specified product, actual samples, care instructions and applicable manufacturer terms before a material selection becomes part of a project.
Timing, changes and financing
Project timing depends on the agreed scope, approvals, materials, site conditions and scheduling. The written agreement should explain how changes are approved and how they affect cost and timing. Mentioning financing on this website is an invitation to ask a question; it is not an offer of credit, approval or a promise that financing is available.
Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse contact channels, submit misleading information, interfere with website operation, distribute malware or try to obtain access to non-public systems or information. MyBestDeck may take reasonable steps to protect its website and communications from misuse.
Content and external links
Website text, branding and artwork are protected by applicable rights. You may view the content for personal project planning. External links are provided for useful references; their publishers control their own content and services. A link or product discussion does not establish a certification, dealership, partnership or endorsement.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains our use of inquiry and website information. Contacting us allows us to respond to the subject of your inquiry. Any promotional text or email program must follow its applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Limits of website information
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content may be updated or contain errors. General content cannot replace a property-specific assessment, current official requirements or the final written project documents. Nothing in these website terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and updates
These website terms are governed by applicable Washington law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. A construction agreement may contain additional project-specific terms. We may revise these website terms when our practices change and will update the displayed date. Contact us if a website statement appears inconsistent with your written project documents.
